Prices

All prices in the webshop is listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK). The prices are listed including 25% tax unless other information is provided.

Payment

All orders will be paid using PayPal. You may use your PayPal account or pay by VISA or MasterCard.

Delivery

We always process and ship your order as soon as possible. Keep in mind that, being located in Norway, shipping to the rest of the world may be a bit time consuming. You’ll get an email from us when your order is shipped. In periods with high high demand, or if products are not in stock, please expect prolonged processing time.

Shipping

We ship all our orders with Mybring. Shipping time will vary based on your location. Also note shipping price will vary based on shipment country: This will automatically update and change in Checkout.

Customizations

For products with customizations, e.g. Personal Greeting from Sissel, you have no right of withdrawal from that moment Sissel has written the Greeting. From that moment the product is customized and not possible to resell.

Complaints

In case one or several products has been damaged during shipping, please contact us at kristin@ebmusic.net as soon as possible and we’ll try to find a solution. Please attach images of the damaged products to your complaint together with your order number and your full name.

Changes in terms / conditions

The Seller reserves the right to change these terms, including as a result of changes in legislation.

Tax / customs clearance

When purchasing products to a country outside of Norway,  tax / custom clearances may be added to your goods when importing them to your country. For all other countries than Norway prices are presented excluding tax and Early Bird Music is not responsible for the tax / custom clearance fee added to your order.

Duty and Tax exemption to the U.S.

The changes to the duty and tax exemption introduced by the U.S. authorities mean that customers must now pay customs charges before shipments can be transported to the United States. The details of this requirement have not yet been clarified by U.S. Customs, and no system solutions have been developed for postal operators to use.

Postal companies in Europe are working together to obtain clarity on the processes and solutions that U.S. Customs will require, but so far no information has been confirmed. At the same time, the implementation date remains unchanged.

This situation creates uncertainty regarding transport options, return procedures, and responsibilities, making suspension appear to be the only viable option. Intensive work is underway to obtain the necessary clarifications so that solutions can be developed and postal services can resume.

For a period of time, until these matters are clarified, we unfortunately will not be able to send shipments to the United States.

Returns and refunds

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure the items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

We will refund your payment once we have received and checked the returned items.

Duty of Secret
