As a tribute to her friend Rolf Løvland, Sissel premiered her interpretation of the iconic “You Raise Me Up” on February 15, 2025, during the Norwegian final of the Eurovision Song Contest on NRK1. Viewers were treated to a breathtaking musical moment of rare caliber. With her unique voice and exceptional artistry, Sissel brings a new dimension to this timeless classic.
Together with The Norwegian Radio Orchestra (KORK), conducted by Ingar Bergby, and the renowned gospel choir Mosaic, Sissel has created a powerful and moving rendition. “You Raise Me Up” is arranged and produced by Hans Einar Appeland.
